Holly Jolly Pocket Dashboard

Holly Jolly Pocket Dashboard
Holly Jolly Pocket Dashboard

Hello hello .... it's Henny again. How are y'all doing? It's such nice weather we are having here in Arizona at 97 degrees, which means the super hot temperatures are finally going away.

I hope everyone is well. As for me, I was eating my lunch while typing on my laptop for this blogpost to go up.

Today I'm gonna be sharing with you guys another planner dashboard that I created for my A5 Blush Pink Carpe Diem Planner. Yup..you heard it right, another new dashboard, lol.

As you can see here is my finished dashboard along with the left side planner pockets that have been decorated. I think I chose the right planner and color for this set up. What do you think? I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. For this set up, I used the new Holiday collection line called "Holly Jolly" from Simple Stories. To be honest, I was having a little problem with the patterns and designs of this collection before I started making something, I just couldn't decide what I should make with this kit. Slowly, by taking out and putting all the pieces together  we got the finished project :).

Here are couple of close up pictures of the dashboard. In my previous blog posts (if you have ever viewed them), I have mentioned that I love making and creating pockets for my planners in my set up. Well, the same thing happened with this one, I created a folded pockets dashboard (not sure what to call it) that snapped and closed to the left side. You'll be able to see the inside if you scroll down a few photos.

I used few different patterned papers for the base, sewed them up, then used one of the SN@P cards with the house print as the focal point. At the bottom of the card I used a scalloped sticker from the cardstock stickers from this collection as well as all of the die cuts, and enamel dots from this collection.

And here's a closer look at the left side pockets from the planner that I decorated with die cut pieces, page flags sticky notes from my stash, and paper bow paperclips from this collection.

And here is an inside look at the folded pockets of the dashboard that I'm talking about. The house sticker I added at the bottom of the pockets looks so cute. I just love this folded pocket, there is so much room to put things, like stamps, stickers, washi sampler, etc.

I can't forget to decorate my December monthly pages, so I decorated this spread using the stickers from the mini sticker tablet that coordinates with the "Holly Jolly" collection.

There are still a couple more months before we get there, so everything is pretty much empty with no schedules and such.

Well.... I hope you like what you are seeing, and  are motivated to be more creative and productive.

Feel free to reach me out on my Instagram account for any inquiries.

I hope you have a good one and will stop by again in my next blog post.

 See ya...

 xoxo,

Henny
