Pretty in Pink

Pretty in Pink

Hello again, it’s Emma with you today, I’d like to share how I’ve used the Holly Jolly collection to set up my Ivory A5 Carpediemplanner.

As I’m sure you are well aware of by now, I love pink and I love florals, and thankfully they can be found in abundance with this line!!

I wanted to set up the Ivory A5 as my winter planner but didn’t want it to be full on ‘Christmas’ and it was actually so easy to achieve with the Holly Jolly Collection!

I picked out a selection of my most favourite papers ready to make a set of dividers and a dashbord. With the divider templates and the Carpediemplanners hole punch it was so easy!! I decorated each divider with a 3x4 cut a part and my all time go to item...enamel dots!!

You can see how I’ve set up each divider the same, 3x4 cut a part layered over a piece of paper from the Simple Basics kit which I’ve cut down to 3x4 and a few enamel dots. Using the pink paper from the simple basics ties in every different image and brings a unity to the set.

Oh and of course I’ve outlined each one with my trademark black fine liner!!

I’ve filled the pockets with the off cuts of paper from making the dividers, a few of the chipboard pieces and a couple of doilies.

I’ve kept them quite simple and just picked out some detail by using more enamel dots!! I believe you can never have two many enamel dots!! ;)

Such a pretty collection and not overly ‘christmassy’! I definitely recommend it to any pink and pretty lover!!

I hope you’ve enjoyed looking at my set up and seen how simple it is to make yourself a divider set! See you next time!
