Fall Personal Planner
September 30 2019 – Amber Crowell
Hi everyone, it is Kelly here today with a new Carpe Diem blog. I have a big to do list this weekend and I decided to show you how I decorate my page using the Simple Stories ‘Fall Farmhouse’ collection. I also show you how I created an extra page in my blush personal planner.
Some of the new Simple Stories collection come with a matching stencil, in this case a fun leave pattern stencil. I decided to use this stencil to create a background on my blank insert and use some different inks (green, yellow and lightpink). Next, I used the Numbers sticker tablet to date my insert. I wrote in my to do list and decorated the page with some quote and icon stickers.
To have more writing space for my to do list I created an extra page. I used the Pumpkin Spice paper and cut it down to size and punched 6 holes. Next, I cut the lined 3x4 card. I finished the page with some stickers and now it is ready for me to write down some more to do’s.
I didn’t like the print of the backside of the Pumpkin Spice paper, so I decided to glue the lightblue paper on the back. To create a simple decorated page, I added some word/sentence strips from the Combo Cardstock stickers. The blank space allows me to add a photo from the week later on.
