Once your order has been placed we cannot cancel orders as we aim to process your order as quickly as we can.

If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. 


Shipping holiday gifts? We suggest to place your order by December 15th for delivery by December 23rd. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas if your order has been placed after this time.

Please be aware that any orders placed from 23rd Dec - 25th Dec will not be processed till the 26th Dec as our dispatch centre will be closed for the holidays.


Once your order is placed it typically takes up to 5 working days to process. Please be aware that during new product launches, large orders, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and in other instances your shipping time may be longer or delayed.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order as we can't amend this once processed.

You will be responsible for orders, and the cost of those orders, that are associated with orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses. Customers will be responsible for paying any charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered.

Please be aware that once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the possession of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue with you quickly. 


During checkout, you will be given a shipping charge along with a shipping carrier.  The shipping costs are passed directly from our shipping partners to you. You pay what we pay.  


Free shipping is for qualifying orders of $75 or more for orders placed from the lower 48 contiguous United States.  Free shipping applies before taxes and after applicable discounts. Qualifying U.S. orders shipping free will be shipped at the most economical shipping option available. This promotion is not applicable towards international orders.  Terms are subject to change.


Be aware that tariffs and taxes may be charged to you by government policies. International shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.  Please note that free shipping is only valid in the 48 contiguous states & excludes international, APO, Hawaii and Alaska orders. 


If your package is lost or stolen, please take the following measures before contacting us

1.  Track your order.

2.  Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and raise a claim through them.

3. Contact us to advise of the status of your claim so we can work out the best solution for you.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost/stolen package claims must be handled with them directly.  If you have any problems with the shipping carrier please contact us at


We LOVE all of our products & we're sure you will, too!  We get it though, things happen. Items that are unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days.  
Please email us at before returning your item, to authorize your return and get instructions on how to send it back to us.  
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, including the shipping charges incurred when you first purchased the product as well as the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Downloadable products cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased cannot be returned after 14 days.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.


We regularly run promotions and discounts via social media or through our mailing list, make sure you follow us and sign up so you don't miss out on some super deals!

However only one discount code can be used at a time. If you have taken advantage of our buy 2 get 1 free deal you will not be able to use a discount code as well. 

When you sign up to our mailing list you will receive a 10% discount code, this is a 1 time use discount code.


To take advantage of our buy 2 get 1 free deal you must place 3 items in your basket. The basket will then automatically update with the cheapest item being free. Please ensure your basket quantities are correct before ordering. 


Please be aware that all printables are non-refundable as these are online digital products. Once your order has been processed these will be emailed to the email you provided. All sales are final.
