Create A Seasonal Planner!
Create A Seasonal Planner!

Hey there my friends!  Have you ever thought of creating a seasonal planner?

ONE each for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter? I thought it’d be fun try it out and absolutely love it!  The Simple Stories Cruisin Kit made it so much FUN! Just think of what we could create for Fall!

To escape and sit quietly on the beach - that's my idea of paradise.

Summertime with all it’s fun and delightful memories tucked into one 3-Ring planner!  All your plans for the month, your celebrations, the weather, fun photos and awesome memories…all tucked inside to document your Summer!

After filling my front pocket, I created three dividers.  One each, for June, July and August!

I like to have all the sticker sheets available right in my planner so I can decorate my month and weekly views where-ever my days take me!  You’ll notice I also have the gorgeous “Set Sail” stamp set tucked in the back of my planner for use too!

I begin each month with a timeline page to document, errands, appointment, meetings, luncheons!

In the full monthly view,  I’ll decorate and highlight the months birthday’s, travel and celebrations!

Where-as in the weekly I’ll decorate the middle row, and then along the top record the weather, along the bottom a one sentence story from the day!

Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time. -John Lubbock

Think of how neat it would be to also include some of your favorite photos from each month!

And since it’s so much roomier with just three months vs twelve you could also include memorabilia from travels, luncheons and celebrations!  The ideas are endless!

Oh, what fun!

Aaah, summer - that long anticipated stretch of lazy, lingering days, free of responsibility and rife with possibility. It's a time to hunt for insects, master handstands, practice swimming strokes, conquer trees, explore nooks and crannies, and make new friends. -Darell Hammond
